City of Fate Fitness Court Project is Complete!

This email to the Open Space Alliance just in from the City of Fate:

Thanks for continuing to challenge us to implement the Open Space & Trails plan.

In Fate, we adopted a new Park Dedication fee last year.  All the County Open Space & Trails Plan elements were included within our city limits along with trail and park improvements from our Parks Master Plan.   First projects this year are the new Fitness court (https://www.cityoffate.com/301/Fitness-Court )and likely some park land acquisition on our south side for a community park.

Congratulations to our neighbors who have incorporated elements from the Rockwall County Open Space Master Plan into their Parks Master Plan.
